Who we are

What we collect

Enquiries you send us

When you contact us by phone or email, or express interest through our booking portal, we receive the details you choose to give — typically your name, contact details and the workspace you’re interested in. We use these only to respond and arrange your membership or viewing.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

This site uses Meta’s measurement tools to understand whether our advertising works. Until you allow it, no advertising measurement runs. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are always asked first through the consent banner; visitors elsewhere can opt out at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. When active, page visits are shared with Meta.

Your cookie choice

Your choice (allow or decline), the time it was made and the country you were in when you made it are stored in your own browser so we don’t have to ask again. This stays on your device — it isn’t sent to us.

Basic technical information

Like nearly every website, our hosting network processes standard technical records (such as your country and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

  • Nexudus — our booking and membership portal. When you express interest, view plans or book a desk through the links on this site, you’re using Nexudus, and the details you submit there are handled under Nexudus’s own privacy policy.
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — advertising measurement, only after your consent where it’s required, and only if you haven’t declined.
  • Our hosting network — serves this site and its security features.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for anything other than what’s described on this page.
